AVIONLUX Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the AVIONLUX Ambassador Program. By joining, participating in, or promoting AVIONLUX products, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The AVIONLUX Ambassador Program allows approved individuals to promote AVIONLUX products in exchange for agreed benefits, which may include commission, gifted products, discount codes, or other incentives.

Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and AVIONLUX.

ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL

Participation is subject to approval by AVIONLUX. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion and to remove ambassadors at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

AMBASSADOR OBLIGATIONS

As an ambassador, you agree to:

  • Represent AVIONLUX in a professional and authentic manner
  • Create and share original content aligned with the AVIONLUX brand
  • Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer, and disclosure laws
  • Clearly disclose the relationship when promoting AVIONLUX, including use of terms such as โ€œgiftedโ€, โ€œambassadorโ€, or โ€œaffiliateโ€ where required

You must not:

  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about AVIONLUX products
  • Misrepresent pricing, promotions, or product features
  • Engage in conduct that may damage the AVIONLUX brand or reputation

CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the Ambassador Program, you grant AVIONLUX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, repost, reproduce, edit, and share any content you create featuring AVIONLUX products for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

This includes use across social media, paid advertising, email, website, and other digital or print channels.

You retain ownership of your content.

COMMISSION AND INCENTIVES

If applicable, commission is earned on qualifying purchases made using your unique referral link or discount code.

Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment timing are determined by AVIONLUX and may change at any time.

Commission will not be paid on:

  • Fraudulent, self-referred, or cancelled orders
  • Returns or refunded purchases
  • Orders deemed invalid or abusive

AVIONLUX reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these terms.

GIFTED PRODUCTS

Gifted products are provided at the discretion of AVIONLUX and may not be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Receipt of gifted products does not guarantee ongoing participation, future gifting, or paid opportunities.

BRAND GUIDELINES

Ambassadors must not:

  • Alter logos, branding, or product claims without approval
  • Create discount codes, promotions, or bundles not authorised by AVIONLUX
  • Use AVIONLUX branding in paid ads unless expressly approved in writing

TERMINATION

AVIONLUX may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or acted in a way that is inconsistent with our brand values.

Upon termination, all rights to earn future commissions cease immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIONLUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Ambassador Program.

Participation is at your own risk.

CHANGES TO TERMS

AVIONLUX may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
