Pre Order Policy

Some AVIONLUX products are offered on a pre order basis. This policy explains how pre orders work and what to expect when purchasing a pre order item.

What Is a Pre Order

A pre order allows you to purchase an item before it is available for immediate dispatch.

Pre order items will be clearly marked on the product page along with an estimated dispatch timeframe.

Payment

Payment for pre order items is taken in full at the time of checkout.

By placing a pre order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and that dispatch will occur at a later date.

Estimated Dispatch Timeframes

Estimated dispatch timeframes are provided on the product page and are calculated from the date of checkout.

These timeframes are estimates only and do not include transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address.

While we make every effort to meet estimated dispatch dates, they are not guaranteed.

Delays

If there are any changes or delays to the estimated dispatch timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In the event of significant delays, customers may contact us to discuss available options, including cancellation prior to dispatch.

Cancellations

Pre order purchases may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Once a pre order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made prior to dispatch and cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the fulfilment process.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre order and in stock items, dispatch timing may be based on the pre order item.

In some cases, items may be shipped separately in multiple parcels.

Returns

Once delivered, pre order items follow the same return and refund conditions as regular items.
