Fit & Sizing
How does the hoodie fit?
The fit is relaxed but structured. Itโs designed to drape cleanly without looking too oversized or sloppy.
Iโm between sizes - what should I do?
If you prioritise comfort, size up. If you prefer a more tailored look, size down.
Does the hoodie stretch or lose shape?
The fabric has natural give but is designed to retain its shape with proper care.
Design & Functionality
Is the built-in eye mask visible when not in use?
No. The eye mask is fully concealed and lies flat when not in use, maintaining a clean, minimal look.
Is the eye mask detachable?
No - the eye mask is built into the hoodie by design, so itโs always there when you need it and fully concealed when you donโt.
Is this hoodie only for travel?
Not at all. While designed for travel, many customers wear AVIONLUX day-to-day - at home, on errands, or during casual outings.
Are the pockets secure?
Yes. The pockets are designed to discreetly hold essentials like your phone, passport, or wallet while travelling.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout, and tracking is provided once your order ships. Generally, 7-10 business days can be expected.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Youโll receive an email confirming your order has been processed, followed by a second email with tracking details once the parcel has entered the courier network.
Why isnโt my tracking updating straight away?
Itโs normal for there to be a short delay between your order being processed and tracking events appearing. Once the parcel is scanned into the courierโs network, updates will begin automatically.
What if my order doesnโt arrive as expected?
If thereโs an issue with your delivery, please contact us and weโll help investigate and resolve it.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns in line with our returns policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Care & Longevity
How do I wash it?
Cold machine wash with like colours, inside a garment bag. If you own a set, we recommend washing the pieces together to maintain colour consistency.
Can I tumble dry, iron, or dry clean it?
No. To maintain fabric quality and fit, do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
Will it pill or fade?
With normal wear and proper care, pilling and fading are minimal. This is a premium, heavyweight fabric chosen for durability.
Will the hoodie lose its shape over time?
With proper care, the fabric is designed to retain its structure and fit better than standard cotton fleece.
Fabric & Materials
What fabric are AVIONLUX garments made from?
The hoodie is made from a premium 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend, chosen for comfort, durability, and long-term wear.
Why not 100% cotton?
We chose a 50/50 cottonโpolyester blend intentionally. Through testing, this blend performed better for shrinkage control, colour retention, and durability while still maintaining a soft, natural feel.
Is the fabric warm?
Yes. The heavyweight fabric offers comfortable warmth while remaining breathable, so it doesnโt feel heavy or restrictive.
