We want you to feel confident purchasing from AVIONLUX. If something is not quite right, we're here to help.
This policy outlines how returns and refunds work for all AVIONLUX orders.
How to Start a Return
Returns can be initiated through our return portal or by contacting us via the contact us page on our website.
Our returns portal provides customers with the option to purchase pre-paid labels (Pricing is in USD).ย
For your convenience, we have warehouses ready to accept your return in theย United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, France, Korea, Singapore, Dubai (Dubai is currently suspended).
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from marks, odours, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in the original dust bag provided
Once your return is approved, you may choose either a refund to your original payment method, or store credit.
In certain circumstances, such as items returned outside standard timeframes or during promotional periods, AVIONLUX may issue store credit instead of a refund.
Return Shipping for Change of Mind
For change of mind returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you are exchanging for another size, AVIONLUX will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item once the original item has been received and approved.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that faults are reported within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, AVIONLUX may offer, depending on the circumstances and stock availability:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A refund
International Returns
International customers are welcome to return items for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. Our returns portal provides customers with the option to purchase pre-paid labels for 12 international warehouses (Pricing is in USD).ย You can choose the warehouse closest to your location:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, France, Korea, Singapore, Dubai
For international returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- Faulty items will be assessed in line with this policy and applicable consumer laws.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted if items are:
- Worn, washed, damaged, or soiled
- Missing original tags or dust bag
- Returned outside the applicable return period
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not process direct exchanges.
- To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired size or colour and submit a return request for the original item.
Pre Order Items
Once delivered, pre order items follow the same return and refund conditions as regular items.
Extended Christmas Returns
Orders placed between 1 November and 24 December may be returned under our change of mind policy until 15 January. All other return conditions still apply.
